For this pilot edition, 25 teachers from six schools across Egypt, the United States, Kenya, and Azerbaijan submitted 24 research papers. Following an initial screening process, 22 papers were selected and evaluated by a panel of eight Egyptian and international experts.
To ensure fairness and scientific rigor, each research paper underwent a blind review by three independent evaluators. A final committee was then convened to determine the ranking among the three finalists.
The results were announced during the Oasis Research Institute Awards Ceremony, held on June 10, 2026, at Oasis International School.

The three award recipients were granted two professional development opportunities: one participation in an upcoming International Baccalaureate (IB) workshop and another in Positive Discipline training. They will also benefit from personalized mentoring through March 2027 to support the implementation and further development of their innovative teaching practices.
The Grand Winner was additionally awarded a grant to continue refining and implementing her innovative approach. Sher will also be invited to the official celebration of the first edition of the Oasis Research Institute Trophy to share the progress and impact of her work.
Beyond the rankings, the ceremony above all celebrated the commitment, passion, and innovative spirit demonstrated by all participants. Each was recognized as an essential agent of change and an ambassador for the school of tomorrow.
