Community Service

For more than 35 years, École Oasis Internationale has been committed to sharing its experience and expertise with its community, reflecting the values of service and contribution promoted by the IB and Positive Discipline.

Here are two key projects led by the entire school community, which is voluntarily involved:

• Since 2014: a partnership with a public school

The entire Oasis School community has been working on a major project: supporting a public school in implementing IB programmes, as part of a protocol signed between the IB and the Egyptian Ministry of Education.Today, we are proud that this school, the Egyptian International School in El Marag, has become an IB continuum school and a Positive Discipline Lab School.

• Since 2024: spreading Positive Discipline to other schools

The Oasis International School has launched a project to spread the Positive Discipline approach to other schools by supporting them over a three-year period until they become autonomous and capable of guiding others in turn. This project began in 2024 with five schools: two in Egypt, two in Morocco and one in the United Arab Emirates. New schools joined the project in 2025.
